In light of ongoing tracking and speed complications in our shops region, we will now solely be shipping from Eugene OR instead of our home base in Veneta.
Being that this is a bit of distance from our shops location, all orders placed throughout each week will ship out on Fridays (including USPS Priority). The cutoff time for orders to be included in the outgoing mail is 12 PM PST. Ideally this will make for accurate tracking details and more timely delivery.
Any shipping confirmation emails following order will always mean that the package is en route to or with the Post Office. We don’t hold any packages in the shop once we’ve created labels. When checking your tracking after Friday, tracking details should reflect on the provided link by end of day Saturday, but please trust that your package is truly en route in the instances that the tracking merely states ‘Label Created’.
